Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience longer delivery times.
2. Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your shipment.
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions may affect timelines.
3. Address & Delivery Restrictions
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing the order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a shipment is returned due to address issues, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
4. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners will attempt up to 2 deliveries before marking an order as ‘Return to Origin’ (RTO).
If the order is returned due to unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, the customer will need to bear the re-delivery charges.
